Mrs. Lenora Wade

Lenora Wade, 90, was born on April 5, 1933 in Lowndes County, Alabama and has been a resident of Dayton, Ohio since 1951. Lenora went to be with the Lord on June 11, 2023 at Grandview Hospital.

Lenora worked at Good Samaritan Hospital and her family business, Aldino’s Carryout. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, gardening, and fishing. She has been a member of Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church since 1951.

Lenora was preceded in death by her parents Acie and Leahkate Dudley; husband of 43 years Albert Wade; son Jeffrey Lynn Wade; brother Eddie James Dudley; sister-in-law Ruth Ann Dudley; daughter-in-law Kim Nona Wade and niece Anita Kay Dudley.

Lenora is survived by her sons Albert Dean Wade (Felicia White, special friend); Anthony James Wade (Jovita); granddaughter Candice Preston (Dante), great grandchild Kaydence Phillips-Reed; aunt Ester Mae Brown, of Cleveland, nephews Edward C. Dudley (Tracy), and Michael A. Dudley (Veronica), niece Denise A. Dudley (New Jersey), all of Dayton. Great nieces and nephew Renecha R., ReAnna L., Cameron E. Dudley and niece Ethel Wade, special cousin Willie Mae Harris and special niece Lisa A. Harris of Cleveland; sister-in-law Estella Winton; and a host of cousins, and friends.
